Graphic design came into my life in 94, still in high school where I was part of alternative rock bands and this connection to music led me to designing concert posters and covers for K7s. In 1997 I entered the Graphic Arts course in Tomar and in 2000 I started working as a junior art director at Abrinício, part of JWT group. Shortly afterwards I was invited to set up the digital department at Ogilvy, where I stayed for the next 4 years. In 2005 I got together with 2 friends to create Vvork, a new agency dedicated to digital and graphic design. Simultaneously with Vvork, I created Zoot Magazine, an international magazine dedicated to fashion and trends with all the design made in Portugal. In 2008, MSTF Partners, today Dentsu Creative, wanted to enter the digital area and saw Vvork as the safest and most innovative solution. So, I joined Partners as creative director of Graphic and Digital Design, also doing Art Direction in integrated campaigns. In 2013 I accepted the invitation to take over the creative direction of Proximity Digital, from the BBDO group, where I also assumed the position of Head of Art, but about a year later I returned to Partners with the invitation to become International Creative Director. 2020 was the year I left Partners to dedicate myself 100% to the Sentieiro Studio that I created in 2017 with a focus on creating brands, which is what I like most, and served as a ramp for the development of work for the US, England , Dubai, Australia, Greece, Switzerland and of course Portugal. In 2021, I accepted a new challenge again, this time to take over the creativity area of ​​the consultancy NTT DATA, which I accumulate with the studio.
I also currently teach as a visiting professor at the University of Aveiro, in the design course at the Project UC.
