Condominio das Tílias is a new housing development along the Tejo River to the north of Lisbon. Tílias are imposing trees that already existed on the site.
We created the logo, which was inspired by the tree, and also the architectural project, which is based on a very minimalist language with straight lines.
Sub-brands were also developed to help segment the real estate offer.
In addition to the identity and communication, we developed the website where you can access the plans and more detailed information about the development.
