Mindfield is an executive coaching programme that supports leaders to achieve their boldest aspirations. They take a fresh approach that incorporates the neuroscience of positive change. Leaders improve the way they think, solve problems and interact with peers and teams.
Through non-directive sessions, blind spots become fresh insights that lead to more constructive habits and ways of approaching challenges. It’s a tremendously fruitful process that brings out leaders’ best human qualities and most inspiring leadership skills.
We were responsible for creating the brand and all the visual language right through to the website. The idea in the logo was to create a symbol that demonstrated self-knowledge and deepening our focus on ourselves. The intersecting rings in an infinite shape, mirror this depth and ability of human beings to find solutions in themselves and realize that there are no limits. The colours bring harmony and joy, but also have earth tones so as not to totally disconnect from our planet.
